After you get all the feathers and internals out of the quail, build a small fire with dry wood. (you don't want unwelcome people at your quail roast) Find some wild onions, put them inside the quail. Put the quail on a small stick over the hot coals. Let it cook for a bit keep an eye on it and roll it over occaisionaly so it all gets cooked. Once done have a a nice feast, 2 quail fills up your average guy. Serve with water ever "chilled" liquid refreshment available.
